Step 1:Confirm designing and sampling(5-7days)
It’s important to know the design you need before cooperate.We can make sample as per your requests quickly.If you don’t have idea on the design,no worries!our team will help you!Good services is a good begining of the order.
Step 2:Production(30-40days)
We will arrange production once receive your deposit,base on approved sample.Our production process is efficient and fast to maximize the time and cost savings for our customers.
Step 3:Shipping(20-30days)
There are different shipping ways for options.Air shipping is fast but expensive,it’s a good choice for urgent orders,it only takes 7-10days max.Sea shipping is the most economical way,delivery time is much longer than air,around 20-30days.We can also offer DOOR to DOOR service,it’s quite convenient for small qty customers.
Step 4:Extra Services
We can offer you extra services like taking advertising photos;QC inspection report by factory;desing for package(colour box or the user manual)…and so on.

Do you have certificates about products?
The product testing is normally arranged by our customers,so we do not have report in hand,but no worry,all our products are comply with the EU/ASTM test standard.
Which of your products are selling better?
All Products made from comfortable material with unquie design are popular, but not every market is the same.so if you are planning to purchase them, it is best to ask our experienced consultants.
How do you assure the quality?
We have strict quality control. When the raw materials arrive, we have the first-round of inspection. Before releasing the materials to the workshop, we have the second-round of inspection. During mass production, we arrange inspection for semi-finished products. After mass production, we have the final procedure of inspection. Besides, for most of the products, we have one-year warranty.
Are you offering free sample?
No free sample but sample charge can be returned when you place the order.Sample charge is around $20~$200 according to the cost of material, mould and labor. Customers will also bear the shipping cost for sending the samples.
Can I customize and have my logo on it?
Yes, definitely. We mainly manufacture according to our customers’ specific instructions and designs. You can basically define everything including size, color, materials, features and logo etc., and we can manufacture the product based on your fully customised instructions.
